Caption: Cubist goats in an Upper Hutt pub? Yes, thanks to the art work of Mary Archibald of Archibald's Art Supplies. Ms Archibald (pictured) spent two weekends painting two large pictures on the walls of the Lonely Goatherd pub last month. She says one of them is taken directly from a painting by Picasso called "goatskull, bottle and candle" while the other is a mixture of Picasso, Braque and herself.
